There are hereby created and established three wards for the City, the boundaries of which shall be known and designated as follows:
A. 
Ward One. All that part of the City lying within the following described boundaries: commencing at the northerly City limit, thence south on Wood Street to the intersection of Wood Street and Main Street, thence east on Main Street to Pine Street, thence north on Pine Street to Washington Street to City limits.
B. 
Ward Two. All that part of the City lying within the following described boundaries: commencing at the northerly City limit, thence south on Wood Street to the intersection of Wood Street and Main Street, thence east on Main Street to Walnut Street, thence south on Walnut Street to City limits.
C. 
Ward Three. All that part of the City lying within the following described boundaries: commencing at the southerly City limit, thence north on Walnut Street to the intersection of Walnut Street and Main Street, thence east on Main Street to Pine Street, thence north on Pine Street to Washington Street, thence east on Washington Street to City limits.
