A. 
Each newly elected or appointed Supervisor of North Whitehall Township, whose term of office commences after the effective date of Act 94 of 2024 (December 3, 2024), shall receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual amount of $6,915.
B. 
Such compensation shall be paid monthly in pro rata installments.
All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith in whole or in part are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such conflict.
