A.
There shall be no letting off of fireworks inside the City limits of Summersville, except between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 Midnight on the day of the 4th of July.
B.
Fireworks may be sold in the City limits of Summersville two (2) weeks prior to and including the day of the 4th of July. No fireworks shall be sold after that date. A special license must be purchased from and approved by the City for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) before such sale of fireworks can be set up.
C.
There shall be no shooting fireworks on or from City property in any section of the City of Summersville.

D.
It is unlawful to explode or ignite consumer fireworks within six hundred (600) feet of any church, hospital, mental health facility, school, or within one hundred (100) feet of any location where fireworks are stored, sold, or offered for sale.
