For the purposes of this Article, "nondomesticated animal" means
any horse, bovine, swine, sheep, goat, mule, doggie, burrow, chicken,
turkey, duck, goose, guinea, pea fowl, swan or other animal or fowl
commonly kept for commercial or agricultural purposes. This section
shall not pertain to mini -pigs.

It is unlawful for any person, persons, firm, corporation or
other entity to keep or maintain any nondomesticated animal within
the City limits. This section shall not pertain to mini-pigs.
Provisions of this Article shall not apply to:
1. The keeping or confinement of nondomesticated animals by a City,
State, nonprofit privately owned or operated Zoo, Animal Humane Society,
bona fide educational or medical institutions, museums or other places
where they are kept as live specimens for the public to view or for
the purpose of instructions or study;
2. The keeping of such animals for exhibition to the public of such
animals by circus, travel or other exhibit or show;
3. The keeping of such animals in a bona fide licensed Veterinary Hospital,
Shelter or Pound for treatment, or other medical facilities or laboratories
for medical research or study.
