Owners, operators and managers are prohibited from participating in any Keno game conducted by the Ralston Keno Lottery. Keno employees while on duty or in their Keno uniforms are prohibited from participating in any Keno game conducted by the Ralston Keno Lottery. City officials, City employees and off-duty Keno employees not in keno uniform may participate in any Keno game conducted by the Ralston Keno Lottery.

The City shall be paid interest on its portion of lottery proceeds prior to their transfer to the City, said interest to be calculated on the basis of the City's cumulative daily lottery proceeds at a fluctuating rate of interest equal to that paid by the bank on the interest bearing account being utilized by the lottery operator to run its daily lottery games.
