That a certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Ralston being marked and designated
as the 2021 Ralston Plumbing Code, be and is hereby adopted as the
code of the City of Ralston, Douglas County, Nebraska, for regulating
the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation,
alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to,
use or maintenance of plumbing systems in the City of Ralston, Douglas
County, Nebraska, providing for the issuance of permits and licenses
and collection of fees therefor, for providing for penalties for the
violation thereof; and each and all of the regulations, provisions,
conditions and terms of such 2021 Ralston Plumbing Code, on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ralston, Douglas County,
Nebraska, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof by
reference as if fully set out in this section. The provisions of the
Ralston Plumbing Code shall be controlling throughout the municipality
and throughout its zoning jurisdiction.
