The Village shall not be a separate assessing unit and shall not provide for administrative or judicial review of assessments.

The Village, pursuant to the provisions of § 1402(3)(a) of the Real Property Tax Law, adopts the assessment roll of the Town of Little Valley as it specifically relates to real property located in the Village boundaries as the official assessment roll for all Village tax purposes.
The Village shall pay to the Town all costs and charges incurred by the Town in providing and furnishing the duplicate assessment roll of the Village.
