A. 
No person shall use the pickleball or tennis courts unless and until such person has purchased an annual access, weekly, or daily recreational badge and unless such badge is available for inspection while the person is using the facilities.
1. 
The badges shall be procured from the recreation attendant, or such other officer or employee of the Borough authorized to act, by paying the required fee.
2. 
An annual badge shall be effective for the calendar year in which it is issued.
B. 
The badge fees shall be as follows.
1. 
Nonresident annual: $80.
2. 
Resident annual: $50.
3. 
Weekly: $20.
4. 
Daily: $5.
5. 
Twelve and under: free.

An annual badge shall not be transferable and must not be used or worn by any other person other than the person to whom issued, except a person who establishes that he/she is renting the property to which the annual badge is registered. Any person to whom such badge is so issued who permits another person to use his or her badge for the purpose of playing or entering on said courts may have his or her badge and privilege withdrawn, and in such case shall not again play or enter upon said courts for a period of one month. The wearing of any such badge by any person playing or entering on said courts other than the person to whom the badge was issued shall be evidence of its unlawful transfer.

A. 
The recreation park shall be open during hours established by the governing body. During these hours of operation, an attendant shall be on duty who will accept reservations, check recreational badges, and supervise use of the recreation facilities.
B. 
Persons desiring to use the recreation facilities within the park during established hours of operation shall reserve time with the attendant on duty.

Playtime on designated courts within the recreational park shall be determined by the park attendant. An individual may reserve the use of the facilities after playing during his or her time period if no one else is registered to play at that time. Any disputes in regard to playing time shall be decided by the park attendant.

Only players are permitted on the designated courts. Those waiting to play shall conduct themselves in a safe and orderly manner. Assignment of court space and allocation of court time shall be strictly adhered to. The use of skateboards, rollerblades, or blades of any kind is strictly prohibited on any of the designated courts within the recreation park. All individuals using designated municipal court facilities within the recreation park are to follow the rules and regulations of the park attendant and the Ship Bottom police department.

If a sports clinic is scheduled by the Borough, the facilities being used shall be closed to all players with the exception of those participating in the clinic. The facilities will reopen when the clinic has concluded.
