Consenting to the South Pittsburgh Water Company, its successors
and assigns, constructing, operating and maintaining a system of water
mains, pipes and appurtenances in the streets, roads, lanes and alleys
of the Borough of Thornburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for the
supply of water to the Borough and the public and authorizing and
directing the proper officers of the Borough of Thornburg to enter
into an agreement with the South Pittsburgh Water Company, its successors
and assigns, for the supply of water for fire hydrants, public schools,
sewer flush tanks and other public purposes and for the inhabitants
of the Borough
