A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue, or cause to be made or continued, any loud, excessive or unnecessary noise which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, safety or peace of others within the limits of this City.
B.
The acts described in this Section, among others, are declared to be loud, excessive and unnecessary noise in violation of this Section, but such enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive.
