It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, or deposit upon any public or private street, sidewalk, or alley, or upon any park or other public place in the City, any glass, glassware, crockery, bottle, cup, container, plate, or other vessel made of glass, glassware, or crockery, or any rubbish, garbage, cigars, cigarettes, food, paper, paper wrappings, cardboard, cans, receptacles, or any other similar material or litter.

It shall be unlawful for any person, while a driver or a passenger of any vehicle, to throw or deposit upon any public or private street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place in the City any rubbish, garbage, cigars, cigarettes, food, paper, paper wrappings, cardboard, cans, bottles, receptacles, or any other similar matter or litter.
