Where attorney fees are sought to be collected or are incurred in the collection of a delinquent account, said fees are hereby approved for purposes of Act No. 1996-1 based upon an hourly rate of $120 per hour, with said fees to be calculated upon said hourly rate at time $120 per hour, with said fees to be calculated upon said hourly rate at time increments of no less of 1/10 of an hour, based upon the time expended by the Solicitor for the Township of Southampton or any other attorney designated from time to time by the Board of Supervisors to collect upon any delinquent account and/or represent the Township of Southampton in actions involving claims arising out of the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law,[1] as amended, but in no case shall said fee be less than the sum of $50.
