A.
During the peak season, public use hours at Sundale Park shall be 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Park shall be closed to public use between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
B.
During the off-season, public use hours at Sundale Park shall be 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Park shall be closed to public use between the hours of 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.

No parking, driving or trespassing shall be allowed in Sundale Park during closed hours.

The Sections, paragraphs, sentences, and clauses of this Article are severable; and if any section, paragraph, sentence, or clause of this Article is declared to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall have no effect upon the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences and clauses of this Article.

Any individual, group or party desiring to rent the Bismarck Community Building shall first fill out a "REQUEST FOR USE OF THE BISMARCK COMMUNITY BUILDING" form and a "HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT," copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. Prior to receiving a key to the community building, the requesting individual, group or party shall first pay a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day the community building is rented. An additional fifty dollars ($50.00) deposit shall also be required. The deposit shall be returned upon verification that the building was not damaged and was left in a clean condition.

Any individual, group or party renting the community building shall observe the "Rules for Bismarck Community Building," a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.[1]
