The Town of Falmouth adopts 780 CMR 115.AA of the Massachusetts
State Building Code, known as the "Stretch Energy Code," for the purpose
of regulating the design and construction of buildings for the effective
use of energy, including any future editions, amendments and modifications
thereto, to be effective July 1, 2020.
