The purpose of this Ordinance shall be to provide rules, regulations
and standards to guide land subdivision in the City of Lambertville
in order to provide for the orderly growth and development of the
City and to promote the comfort, health, safety, convenience and general
welfare of the City in conformance with the City's Master Plan,
Zoning Ordinance and Official Map.
