Pursuant to Ord. Nos. 2-2015 and 3-2015, the Borough has entered a shared services agreement for a Joint Municipal Court.
The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Pitman deem it in the best interest of the Borough to abolish the Municipal Court for the Borough of Pitman, and establish a Joint Municipal Court for the Borough of Pitman, the Township of Mantua, the Borough of Woodbury Heights and the Borough of Wenonah, to be known as the Mantua Joint Municipal Court.
