No person, including juveniles, shall place or suffer the storage of portable sports equipment, including, but not limited to, portable basketball baskets or hockey nets, within the public rights-of-way of the Borough of Woodlynne.

Liability under this article shall be additionally imposed upon parents or legal guardians of any juveniles who violate this article, as well as any owners of the aforesaid sports equipment used in violating this article, regardless of whether such owners actually placed the equipment in the public right-of-way.
"Public rights-of-way," as used in this article, shall include all streets, roadways and alleyways legally traversed by motor vehicles in the Borough of Woodlynne.
Violations of this article shall be punishable by fines up to $500.
