The mobile home park subdivision should keep the register available
for inspection at all times by Law Enforcement Officers, public health
officials and other officials whose duties necessitate the acquisition
of the information contained in the register. The register record
for each occupant registered therein shall not be destroyed for a
period of three (3) years following the date of departure of the registrant
from the park subdivision.
