As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The birth, death, fetal death, marriage, civil union and domestic partnership records from which vital statistics are produced.

The following fees are hereby established for certified copies of vital records:
A.
$15 (fifteen dollars) for the first copy and $5 (five dollars) for each additional copy of the same record purchased simultaneously.

B.
Burial permit fees shall be consistent with those established by New Jersey statutes, as amended from time to time.
C.
There shall be no refund of any fees paid pursuant to this chapter.
