Pursuant to the authority of P.L. 1975, c. 217,[1] as modified by P.L. 1996, c. 53, the Township hereby adopts the Model Code of Plumbing Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association known as "The National Standard Plumbing Code/2018" as the plumbing subcode for New Jersey, subject to modifications stated within the regulations, as promulgated by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

A. 
Plumbing subcode fees shall be as set forth in Chapter 11.
B. 
For the purposes of computing fees, fixtures or stacks shall include but not be limited to lavatories, kitchen sinks, stop sinks, sinks, urinals, water closets, bathtubs, shower stalls, laundry tubs, floor drains, drinking fountains, dishwashers, garbage disposals, clothes washers, hot-water heater or similar devices.
