A.
Pursuant to the adoption of the provisions of the Civil Service Act of the State of New Jersey, the Mayor and Council has adopted an ordinance creating civil service classifications for borough employees in accordance with specifications established by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission.
B.
A copy of the schedules containing the civil service classifications shall be kept on file in the office of the Borough Clerk for examination and inspection by the public.
