A.
In addition to the revocation or suspension of the license granted under this chapter, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
B.
Each day any violation of this chapter of the Lawnside Code is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense for the purposes of this section and shall be punishable as such.
