Borough of Lawnside, NJ Chapter 110 Public Property, Use of

§ 110-1 Report of non-meeting activities or collection of moneys required on application.

A. All affairs to be held on the premises of said public property where food, drink, music or other non-meeting activities will be a part of the program or where any moneys are to be collected in connection with any function being held on said public property shall report such food, drink, music or any moneys to be collected on the application requesting the use of said public property.

B. The Borough Clerk shall be required to poll the Mayor and Council on all applications prior to approval and must receive a majority assent from the governing body.
