Every person, corporation or association requesting copies of
any records, which are permitted by law, shall submit the proper required
application or request accompanied by the full amount of fee for the
copies requested.

The fees to be charged by the proper borough officials are:
A. Police reports.

B. Fire reports.

(1) There shall be established a fixed fee of $7 for all fire reports
issued by the municipality.
(2) The Fire Chief of the Fire Department is directed to file fully executed,
original fire reports with the Borough Clerk's office within
48 hours of the date of the incident contained in the fire report.
(3) The Borough Treasurer will be responsible for the collection of all
fees as outlined in this subsection.
C. Copies obtained from the Office of the Tax Collector shall be subject
to the following fee schedule:

A. Copies of documents. The following fee schedule shall apply for copies
of documents made pursuant to the request from the general public:
Copies obtained from vital statistics shall be subject to the
fee schedule outlined below:
(1) Certified copies of birth certificates: $20.
(2) Certified copies of death certificates: $20.
(3) Certified copies of marriage license: $20.
(4) Certified copies of certificate of domestic partnership: $25.
