The provisions of this Article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule III of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule V attached to and made a part of this chapter except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.

Any person who violates any parking ordinance or any part of any ordinance which restricts parking in certain zones or certain streets in the Borough of Lawnside shall be subject to the following penalties:
A.
The penalty for a person's first offense shall be $15, plus Court costs; and
B.
The penalty for a person's second offense regarding the same zone or street shall be $30, plus Court costs; and
C.
The penalty for a person's third offense regarding the same zone or street shall be $50, plus Court costs.

A.
It shall be unlawful in any residential zone for any person to permit or to have parked or stored on any public street or right-of-way any recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles registered in excess of 5,000 pounds, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, boats, trailers, jet skis, snowmobiles, or other such construction, contractor, tractor-trailer unit, either singly or in combination, school buses, or commercial, landscaping or industrial equipment and material such as, but not limited to, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, dumpsters, rollers, tree and stump chippers and grinders, lawn mowers, fertilizer spreaders, tillers, construction and other building materials and equipment.

B.
Overnight parking of all trailers, boats and other recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles and equipment shall be in garages or areas designated by the borough for such parking or behind a screened enclosure which prevents said vehicles from being seen from public streets and adjacent or contiguous lots.

C. BOAT OIL TRUCK OMNIBUS OVERNIGHT PARKING SCHOOL BUS SEMI-TRAILER TOW TRUCK TRAILER TRUCK TRUCK TRACTOR A/K/A CAB
The following definitions will control the purpose of this section:
Any boat over 15 feet in length. The boat must be parked in the driveway to the furthest point of said driveway from the driveway apron.
Every motor vehicle designed for the delivery of fuel and heating oil to a residential property.
Includes all motor vehicles used for the transportation of passengers for hire, except commuter vans and vehicles used in ride sharing arrangements and school buses, if the same are not otherwise used in the transportation of passengers for hire.
7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Every motor vehicle operated by, or under contract with a public or governmental agency or religious or other charitable organization or corporation or privately operated for compensation for the transportation of children to and from school for secular or religious education which complies with the regulation of the Department of Education affecting school buses.
Every vehicle, with or without motor power, other than a pull trailer designed for carrying persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and so constructed that some part of its weight and that of its load rests upon or is carried by another vehicle.
Every motor vehicle designed for towing disabled or other vehicles incapable of operation.
Every vehicle, with or without motive power, other than a pole trailer, designed to carry persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and/or truck tractor (cab).
Every motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property.
Every motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles and so constructed as to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle.
D.
Violations and penalties. Any owner or operator who shall violate the provisions of this section shall first be warned and on the second violation, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days or both, at the discretion of the municipal court.
