There is hereby created in the Borough of Woodlynne the office of public relations, and the title of said office shall be "Director of Public Relations."

The Director of Public Relations shall be appointed by the Borough Council.
The salary of the Director of Public Relations shall be fixed in the annual salary ordinance.
The Director of Public Relations shall serve at the pleasure of Mayor and Council.
