There is hereby created in the Borough of Woodlynne the office of Administrator, and the title of said office shall be "Administrator."

The Administrator shall be appointed by the Borough Council.
The salary of the Administrator shall be fixed in the annual salary ordinance.
The Administrator shall assist the Mayor on the day to day and perform the duties as the supervisor for all departments.
