The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Woodlynne does hereby provide for the employment of the following professional personnel:
A. 
Auditor.
B. 
Prosecutor.
C. 
Solicitor.
D. 
Engineer.
E. 
Municipal Judge.
Persons employed to fill the offices enumerated in § 77-1 shall serve for a term of one year, except that the Municipal Judge shall serve such term as is designated in § 26-2 of Chapter 26, Court, Municipal.
Professional personnel employed pursuant to this article shall perform such duties as usually pertain to the office and as provided by law and as required from time to time by the Mayor and Council.

Said employees shall be compensated pursuant to professional service contracts in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 of the Public Contracts Law.
