The restrictions and controls intended to regulate development in each zone district shall be as set forth in Article XII, Schedule of Regulations, which comprises a list of permitted principal, accessory and conditional uses and lot, yard, height, coverage, parking and miscellaneous requirements governing the erection, alteration and location of buildings on each zone lot and which is supplemented primarily by Article IV and Article V and other sections of this chapter.
