The maximum capacity of Ryan Hall is 100 people.

A. 
Borough organizations recognized by the governing body as a community organization shall be considered for the use of Ryan Hall at no charge.
B. 
Free use of Ryan Hall shall be limited to no more than one fund-raising event per year, unless approved by the governing body.
C. 
Use of Ryan Hall for meetings by Borough organizations shall be unlimited, provided that such meetings are approved by the governing body and on record in the Clerk's office.
D. 
Borough organizations taking advantage of a free rental must clean the facility and return all equipment to its proper place.
E. 
Borough organizations taking advantage of a free rental which do not police the facility after use shall be denied free use of Ryan Hall in the future.
F. 
Any organization which reserves the Hall for use shall be subject to a rental fee of $50 and a custodian fee of $50.

G. 
Employees of the Borough of Woodlynne and members of the governing body are entitled to free usage, subject to once a year. Any requests for free usage under this subsection shall be reserved through the Clerk's office, on behalf of the individual member and shall be permitted only when the Hall has not been previously committed. All usage under this subsection shall, nevertheless, be subject to all the terms and conditions of this chapter, including provisions regarding the custodial fee, deposit, and violations.

A. 
Rental of the Hall is allowed for the use of Borough residents only. A resident may not rent the Hall in his or her name for the use of a nonresident.
B. 
If a person or persons who rents the Hall for personal use is found to have rented the Hall for use of a nonresident, he or she shall be subject to the penalty or penalties set forth in § 108-6 of this chapter.

No function held within Ryan Hall shall exceed a closing of 11:45 p.m., and all persons shall vacate the Woodlynne Municipal Building by 12:45 a.m., except on January 1 of each year, when the Ryan Hall shall be closed at 1:00 a.m., and all persons shall vacate the Woodlynne Municipal Building by 1:30 a.m.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department of the Borough of Woodlynne, and violators thereof may be fined, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge, up to $500 and/or sentenced to jail for a period of up to 90 days.

If, in the opinion of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Woodlynne, the person or persons who rented Ryan Hall have done so for the use of a nonresident, then the $150 deposit shall be forfeited to the Borough of Woodlynne.[1]
