No person, firm or corporation shall throw, drop or otherwise place any paper, bottle, trash, garbage, refuse or debris of any nature upon a highway or other public property within the Borough of Woodlynne.

No person, firm or corporation shall throw, drop, dump or otherwise place on open fields or other private property within the Borough of Woodlynne, without first obtaining the permission of the owner or person in possession of such property, any paper, bottle, trash, garbage, refuse or debris of any nature.[1]

Any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.

For the purposes of this chapter, the terms used herein are defined as follows:
Any place, street, road, alley or sidewalk not fitting the definition of a public property.
Any place to which the public has access and includes any street, highway, road, alley or sidewalk. It shall also include the front or the neighborhood of any store, shop, restaurant, tavern or other place of business and public grounds, areas and parks as well as parking lots.
