Any individual or entity wishing to reserve and use the T.J.
Hall Community Center shall complete the application and other documents
as promulgated by the City Clerk.

A. Each reservation shall require a two-hundred-dollar security deposit
and the following fee schedule:
1.
Half-day (up until 5:00 P.M.): forty dollars ($40.00).
2.
Full-day: eighty dollars ($80.00).

Each renter shall fully execute the Hold Harmless Agreement
at the Office of the City Clerk. All damage to the facility shall
be billed to the renter at replacement and/or repair costs and shall
be satisfied within fifteen (15) days of presentment of the costs
statement unless other arrangements are made by the City.
