It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, corporation or corporations, or individual or individuals, to damage, tamper with or destroy any part or parts of the water supply system lying within the boundaries of the Borough of Woodlynne, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, and belonging to the Borough of Collingswood, County of Camden and State of New Jersey.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, corporation or corporations, or individual or individuals, to tap into or connect with any part or parts of the water supply system lying within the boundaries of the Borough of Woodlynne and belonging to the Borough of Collingswood without obtaining a proper permit so to do.

Any person or persons, corporation or corporations, or individual or individuals, being adjudged guilty of a violation of any provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
