It is unlawful and an offense for any person, without a license
therefor, to maintain or construct any cane rack, doll rack, knife
board, shooting gallery, wheel of fortune, or any other such device
upon any of the streets or alleys of the City.
It is hereby made unlawful and an offense for any person, not
having a license therefor, to maintain or exhibit any circus show
or animal show, or to give any conceit or show for profit, upon any
street or alley of the City.
