The Commissioner of Public Works shall prepare at least once annually or more if necessary a schedule of fees charged for bulk trash pick-up, which fee shall be paid prior to the day and time designated for removal by payment payable to the Borough of Wildwood Crest by depositing same with the Superintendent of Public Works, the Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Wildwood Crest by cash or check in the designated amount. Said fees established by this ordinance in this section, may hereafter be set by resolution approved by the governing body.[1]
