It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person or other entity herein referred to as applicant to violate or to neglect to comply with any provision hereof irrespective of whether or not the verbiage of each section hereof contains the specific language that such violation or neglect is unlawful and is an offense. Such violation shall constitute the commission of a misdemeanor and violator shall on conviction hereof, be fined in the amount provided in Section 9-31 of this Code and each day's violation of each separate provision thereof shall be considered a separate offense. In addition thereto, is further provided that the Board of Commissioners of the City of Weatherford may, upon reasonable notice to a permit holder, revoke or suspend any permit issued under this article for violation thereof.
