Where a water closet drains into the sewer system there will be no less than a three inch cast iron or SCH-40-DWV plastic or acceptable equal soil pipe used and stubbed no less than four feet outside of the building. No more than two water closets shall be on any three inch line going to the sewer. There shall be a clean-out placed in the house line for emergency to rod in or rod out the system.

The house sewer from the house to the sewer main shall be no less than cast iron, vitrified clay pipe or SCH 40 D.W.V. plastic four inch material or acceptable equal with manufacturer specified solvent only to be used to make the weld.

Plastic drop inlet into main sewer shall be made with two 45° joints.
4.
Where no water closet exists, two or three inch material of equal specifications may be used.
