a.
The Planning Board shall administer the provisions of this Chapter subject to all other organizational and operational procedures as stipulated in Land Use Procedures, Chapter 20.
b.
The Planning Board shall act on all subdivisions except those that involve a use variance, or involve an area variance for more than one lot.

Meeting, hearing, notice, and publication requirements shall be the same as referred to in Land Use Procedures, Chapter 20, except the sketch plat shall not require hearings, notices, or publication.
