The following terms, phrases and words as used in and for the purpose of this chapter shall be deemed to have the following meanings to include all vehicles propelled otherwise than by muscular power and designed to be driven or operated on the public streets, roads or highways, including but not limited to: "motor vehicle," "omnibus," "road tractor," "trailer," "truck," "truck tractor," "motorcycle" and "vehicle" are intended to have the meaning stated and defined in N.J.S.A. 39:1-1 et seq. of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
B. ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE(1) (2) (3) (4) (5) JUNK AUTOMOBILE, JUNK AUTOMOBILE BODY OR OTHER JUNK VEHICLE PERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT REPAIR
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes any motor vehicle, omnibus, road tractor, trailer, truck, motorcycle or vehicle which:
Has remained on or about private property without the consent of the owner or other person so in charge of said property for a continuing period of more than 10 days; or
Is not currently licensed or has no inspection, registration or identification marker for the current year; or
Is found to be mechanically inoperative and is allowed to remain inoperative for a period of 10 days; or
Is found without one or more tires; or
Is not in current use for transportation of persons or property and has been discarded for use as a motor vehicle.
Any vehicle which is discarded and/or no longer in actual use as a motor vehicle or such vehicle as is incapable of being operated safely or being put in a safe operational condition except at a cost in excess of the value thereof.
Any individual, firm, partnership or corporation being the owner or having any possessory or legal rights in or to the motor vehicle or other vehicle as herein defined.

That work performed or to be performed upon any vehicle, including but not limited to motors, ignition systems, transmission, drivetrain, electric system or body or fender work.
