A City 15% Administration fee is included in the above stated
review fees, with the exception of items noted with #6 or #7 below.

All fees apply to the initial submittal and one resubmittal
in response to initial review comments. Subsequent submittals beyond
the first two will be charged addition fees for the actual time and
expenses of the City Engineer at the charge out rates and fee schedule
effective upon the date of subsequent reviews.

Construction Inspections-will be charged in addition to fees
for the actual time and expense of the City Engineer at the charge
out rates and fee schedule effective upon the date of subsequent reviews.

In addition to the fees herein, in order to maintain necessary
funding of the City and its services, applicants for zoning/rezoning,
special use, and variances shall be charged for the actual publication
and processing expenses exceeding $250 incurred by the City in publishing
legal notices and direct mail notifications for such application.

Engineer review is not generally necessary for this type of
application, therefore the fee stated herein does not include any
engineer review fees and the City retains 100% of the fee. If any
engineer review is necessary the applicant will also be responsible
for the cost of the engineer review.

7.
|
Engineer review fee is $200 for review of Concept Plan. City's
portion is $600 of which City retains 100%.
