From and after October 19, 1959, it shall be unlawful for any person in the Township of Lower Windsor, York County, Pennsylvania, to engage in any disorderly conduct or public nuisance whatsoever; nor shall any person in said Township in any way disturb the public peace to the annoyance of the good order and welfare of the inhabitants of the Township, or any part thereof.
Any person or persons found guilty of violation of § 194-1 of this chapter in a summary proceeding before any Magisterial District Judge of Lower Windsor Township or any other township or borough of York County, may be sentenced by said Magisterial District Judge to pay a fine not exceeding $300, and in default of payment of said fine in such amount as imposed by said Judge, such person or persons may be sentenced and committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Any fine collected by the proceedings set forth in §§ 194-1 and 194-2 of this chapter shall be paid into the treasury of the Township of Lower Windsor for the use and benefit of said Township.
