Requests for copies of government records under the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
b. 
Copying Fees:
1. 
Photostatic copies of any government record that can be photocopied with municipal facilities - $0.05 per letter size page or smaller and $0.07 per legal size page or larger.
2. 
In the event that the actual cost for duplication of a government record exceeds the foregoing rate, the charge shall be the actual cost of duplicating the government records requested. The actual cost shall be the cost of materials and supplies used to make a copy of the record, but shall not include the cost of labor or other overhead expenses associated with making the copy except as provided in Subsection a.5 hereof.

For any government record copied onto a non-paper medium, the actual cost of the non-paper medium. The fee for a copy on CD-rom shall be $1.
4. 
For any copy of a government record for which the Borough is unable to duplicate with its own facilities and requires the services of an outside vendor, the actual cost to the Borough from the outside vendor.
5. 
Whenever the nature, format, manner of collation or volume of a record embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined or copied is such that the record cannot be reproduced by ordinary document copying equipment in ordinary business size or involves an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort to accommodate the request, the charge for the record shall be the actual cost to the Borough, together with a service charge of $12 per hour for each hour required to duplicate the record. The requestor shall have the opportunity to review and object to the charge prior to it being incurred.

In the event that the Borough does not maintain the record requested in the medium requested, the Borough shall either convert the record to the medium requested or provide a copy in some other meaningful medium. If a request is for a record in a medium not routinely used by the Borough, not routinely developed or maintained by the Borough or requiring a substantial amount of manipulation or programming of information technology, the cost for the record shall be the actual costs of duplication together with a special charge that shall be reasonable and shall be based upon the cost for any extensive use of information technology, or for the labor cost of personnel providing the service, that is actually incurred by the Borough or attributable to the Borough for the programming, clerical and supervisory assistance required, or both.
7. 
Access to electronic records and non-printed materials shall be provided free of charge, provided however, that the Borough may charge for the actual costs of any needed supplies, such as computer disks.
8. 
For a copy of a police accident report, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-131, the cost shall be as provided for in Subsection a.1 above. However, if the request for the report is made other than in person, an administrative fee of $5 shall also be charged.

a. 
All requests for discovery in matters pending in the Borough of Ogdensburg Municipal Court shall be submitted through the Municipal Prosecutor.
b. 
The following fees shall be payable by the requestor to the Borough of Ogdensburg for the discovery provided:
1. 
$0.75 per page for each of the first 10 pages photocopied.
2. 
$0.50 per page for each of the next 10 pages photocopied.
3. 
$0.25 per page for each of the pages photocopied thereafter.
4. 
Actual postage for any discovery sent by mail.
5. 
$0.25 for the envelope for any discovery sent by mail.
6. 
Photographs will be photocopies at the rate established herein. If requests are made for duplicate photographs, the actual cost of making the photographs shall be charged.
7. 
Duplication of videotapes constitutes an extraordinary duplication process and will be charged at the rate of $5 per videotape.
8. 
On any item that cannot be photocopied on the Borough copy machine or not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred in making the copy shall be charged.
c. 
Where discovery must be obtained from an entity other than the Borough of Ogdensburg, e.g. another police department, the actual costs paid to the other entity shall be paid by the requestor.

a. 
Tax sale certificate redemptions calculations. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-54, the Tax Collector shall provide to any person entitled to redeem a certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 two calculations of the amount required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost. For each subsequent calculation requested from the Tax Collector, there shall be a fee of $50. A request for a redemption calculation shall be made in writing to the Tax Collector.
b. 
Tax lien redemption calculations. Pursuant to, and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1, the Tax Collector shall charge a lienholder a fee of $50 for the calculation of the amount due to redeem the tax lien. Neither the Tax Collector nor the Borough shall be liable for an incorrect calculation. The fee paid to the municipality shall not become part of the lien and shall not be passed on to any party entitled to redeem pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.
