Town of Norfolk, MA Chapter 286 Vehicles, Storage of

§ 286-1 Unregistered cars and trucks in residential districts.

No person shall have more than one unregistered car or truck ungaraged on their premises in a residential district at any time. In no event will an unregistered car or truck be stored in the front yard.

§ 286-2 Violations and penalties.

Violation of this bylaw shall be subject to a fine of not more than $300. This bylaw may also be enforced using the noncriminal disposition procedure as provided in Chapter 1, Article I, of the General Bylaws, with fines as provided in § 1-4.
