Pursuant to the Act of May 4, 1927, P.L. 519, Art. XII, Section
1202, Clause LVI, as amended, from hereafter it shall be unlawful
to conduct any athletic events or other gatherings in such a manner
that the enthusiastic yelling, singing or other loud noises created
by the spectators, audience or participants interfere with the orderly
conduct of any religious or spiritual services or with the rights
of the individual to the peaceful enjoyment of his property.

The penalty for each person participating in such an athletic
event or other gathering, which so disturbs the peace, shall be a
fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default
of payment of such fine and costs, imprisonment for a period not exceeding
30 days.
