Words and phrases used in this article shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Act of June 17, 1976, P.L. 162, No. 81) as amended, except that in this article the word "road" may be used interchangeably with the word "highway" and shall have the same meaning as the word "highway" as defined in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
A. 
The intersection of Yankee Drive, a public Borough road, and Pa Route 94, is hereby established as a stop intersection, at which intersection an official stop sign ("sign") shall be erected within the legal right-of-way limits of the road and positioned on the northern side of Yankee Drive to stop traffic approaching Pa Route 94 on Yankee Drive from the east.
B. 
The intersection of Freedom Drive, a public Borough road, and PA Route 94, is hereby established as a stop intersection, at which intersection an official stop sign ("sign") shall be erected within the legal right-of-way limits of the road and positioned on the northern side of Freedom Drive to stop traffic approaching Pa Route 94 on Freedom Drive from the east.
C. 
The intersection of Liberty Drive, a public Borough road, and Yankee Drive, is hereby established as a stop intersection, at which intersection an official stop sign ("sign") shall be erected within the legal right-of-way limits of the road and positioned on the eastern side of Liberty Drive to stop traffic approaching Yankee Drive from the south.
D. 
The intersection of Freedom Drive and Liberty Drive, is hereby established as a stop intersection, at which intersection an official stop sign ("sign") shall be erected within the legal right-of-way limits of the road and positioned on the southern side of Freedom Drive to stop traffic approaching Liberty Drive from the west.
E. 
The intersection of Independence Drive, a public Borough road, and Yankee Drive, is hereby established as a stop intersection, at which intersection an official stop sign ("sign") shall be erected within the legal right-of-way limits of the road and positioned on the eastern side of Independence Drive to stop traffic approaching Yankee Drive from the south.
F. 
The intersection of Independence Drive and Liberty Drive, is hereby established as a stop intersection, at which intersection an official stop sign ("sign") shall be erected within the legal right-of-way limits of the road and positioned on the western side of Independence Drive to stop traffic approaching Liberty Drive from the north.
G. 
Every driver of a vehicle approaching any of the above-described intersections in the respective direction indicated in § 475-41A, B, C, D, E or F shall stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(b) of the Vehicle Code and shall not proceed into, through or across said intersection of roads or highways until he/she has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the Vehicle Code.
H. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to park a vehicle or any part or portion of said vehicle on any part or portion of the roads or highways identified below:
(1) 
The western side of Liberty Drive, from a point at the beginning of the existing cul-de-sac where the right-of-way of Liberty Drive is 50 feet in width, to the intersection of Independence Drive and Liberty Drive;
(2) 
The northern and northeastern side of Liberty Drive from the intersection of Liberty Drive and Independence Drive to the intersection of Liberty Drive and Yankee Drive;
(3) 
The eastern side of Independence Drive from the intersection of Independence Drive and Liberty Drive to the intersection of Independence Drive and Yankee Drive;
(4) 
The northern side of Yankee Drive, from a point at the beginning of the existing cul-de-sac where the right-of-way of Yankee Drive is 50 feet in width, to the intersection of Yankee Drive and PA Route 94.
The word "side" as used above means any part or portion of the identified road between the curb and the center line of the road.
B. 
Appropriate signs shall be posted at the areas where parking is prohibited.
C. 
The term "park" shall be construed to include the terms "park" or "parking," "stand" or "standing" and "stop" or "stopping."
D. 
The Mount Holly Springs Police Department is authorized and empowered to physically remove any vehicle which is parked, stopped or standing in violation of this article and to impound the same in the custody of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs. Any costs of removal shall be paid by the owner of the vehicle, which costs shall be a lien on the vehicle during its impoundment.
E. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $15.
A. 
A maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established for all parts and portions of Yankee Drive, Independence Drive and Liberty Drive.
B. 
Appropriate signs shall be posted noting said maximum speed limit, said signs to be erected in accordance with regulations adopted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on any part or portion of Yankee Drive, Independence Drive and Liberty Drive at a speed higher than the maximum speed prescribed for said roads by this article.
D. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles over the maximum speed limit.
The provisions of this article shall be severable, and if any of its provisions shall be held to be unconstitutional, illegal or otherwise invalid, that decision shall not affect the validity of any of the remaining provisions of this article. It is declared to be the legislative intention that this article would have been enacted had the unconstitutional, illegal or otherwise invalid provisions not been included in this article.
