Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
Pursuant to 53 Pa.C.S.A. § 1386, the Borough Council
of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs hereby declares its intention
to follow the Records Retention Schedule established by the State
Local Government Records Committee.
Should the Municipal Records Retention and Disposition Schedule
be amended in the future, such amendments shall become part of the
schedule of the Borough.

This article shall be effective immediately and is authorized
by the Municipal Records Act. (53 Pa.C.S.A. § 1381 et seq.)
