§ 90-515.10 Village Board.

The Village Board has the powers and duties expressly identified in this zoning chapter and state law. See also Chapter 2, Article II, of the Village Code.

§ 90-515.20 Plan Commission.

The Plan Commission has the powers and duties expressly identified in this zoning chapter and state law. See also Chapter 2, Article IV, Division 2, of the Village Code.

§ 90-515.30 Zoning Board of Appeals.

The Zoning Board of Appeals has the powers and duties expressly identified in this zoning chapter and state law. See also Chapter 2, Article IV, Division 3, of the Village Code.

§ 90-515.40 Zoning Administrator.

(a) The Community Development Director is designated as the Zoning Administrator. The Community Development Director is also authorized to delegate zoning administration duties to other staff of the Community Development Department.

(b) The Zoning Administrator is responsible for administering, interpreting and enforcing the provisions of this zoning chapter, except as otherwise expressly stated in this zoning chapter.

(c) The Zoning Administrator has all of the powers and authority necessary to perform required duties,
