§ 32-23 Establishment of Plan.

All non-uniform employees who are represented by a collective bargaining unit may participate in a Deferred Retirement Option Plan in accordance with the Code of East Whiteland Township, Chapter 32, Pensions, Article IV, Non-Uniform Pension Plan.
