It is unlawful for any person to willfully hinder, delay, resist or obstruct any Village policeman, fireman or emergency medical technician, or any person legally authorized by the Village officer or other officer, in the discharge of his duty, or by word, act or gesture aid, abet or encourage any such hindering, delaying, resisting or obstructing, or neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order or direction of any such officer.
