[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
No person shall commit any of the following acts:
A. 
Knowingly damage any property of another without his consent;
B. 
Recklessly by means of fire or explosive damage property of another;
C. 
Knowingly start a fire on the land of another without his consent;
D. 
Knowingly injure a domestic animal of another without his consent;
E. 
Knowingly deposit on the land or in the building of another, without his consent, any stink bomb or any offensive-smelling compound and thereby intend to interfere with the use by another of the land or building;
F. 
Knowingly damage any property with intent to defraud an insurer; or
G. 
Knowingly shoot a firearm at any portion of a railroad train.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PROPERTY OF ANOTHER
A building or other property, whether real or personal, in which a person other than the offender has an interest which the offender has no authority to defeat or impair, even though the offender may also have an interest in the building or property.
