[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
No person shall commit any of the following acts:
A.
Knowingly damage any property of another without his consent;
B.
Recklessly by means of fire or explosive damage property of another;
C.
Knowingly start a fire on the land of another without his consent;
D.
Knowingly injure a domestic animal of another without his consent;
E.
Knowingly deposit on the land or in the building of another, without his consent, any stink bomb or any offensive-smelling compound and thereby intend to interfere with the use by another of the land or building;
F.
Knowingly damage any property with intent to defraud an insurer; or
G.
Knowingly shoot a firearm at any portion of a railroad train.
